The overall purpose of this role is to promote stability of the residential department.
This will be accomplished through assisting with the on-boarding process for new managers, assuming interim responsibilities at a home(s) in the absence of a manager, consulting with programs, coordinating quality improvement projects, and monitoring and tracking centralized data.
This position works closely and in collaboration with the Leadership team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:

1.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
2.
Aid in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as need within the residential program.
3.
Organize, monitor and ensure consistent operations of the residential homes.
4.
Provide operational training to new management team members as needed.
5.
Provide coverage to residential homes in the absence of the manager.
6.
Supervise/monitor all management activities of each Senior APM and Quality and Experience Coordinator.
7.
Ensure timely completion of management responsibilities including but not limited to employee evaluations, supervisory meetings, staff meetings, approval of staff requests 8.
Monitor eCare reports of staff activity including but not limited to staff progress note completion, consumer bed checks, consumer fund documentation, MAR documentation, BSP and data collection documentation 9.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff at risk 10.
Ensure timely and accurate communication 11.
Participate in Leadership meetings; ensure collaboration with clinical team members 12.
Provide training to employees as needed and directed 13.
Conducts pre-audit preparation of programming to ensure adherence to standards as funding agencies, licensing bodies and more.
14.
Act as on-call for director in his/her absence.
15.
Record and file manager meeting minutes bi-weekly and as needed.
16.
Attend team and staff meetings for each residential program.
17.
Ensures comprehensive management of special projects as needed including planning, development, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
Educational / Talent Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in human services field from an institution of higher learning preferred.
Comparable related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
2.
Current driver's license with acceptable driving record according to HN corporate policy.
3.
Ability to maintain a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
4.
Strong leadership skills inter-personal skills are required to communicate effectively with diverse group of stakeholders.
5.
High degree of organization coupled with the demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Thorough understanding of community based residential programming abilities and needs.
7.
Thorough knowledge of principles, methods and practices of business administration.
8.
Skilled in verbal and/or written presentations of specific programs and/or professional topics related to the position.
9.
High degree of self-direction and self-motivation.
Work Experience Requirements:
1.
3-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
2.
Prior background in health and/or human services.
3.
Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of health care information management systems preferred.
4.
Previous supervisory experience.
5.
Demonstrated organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
